As often as you wish. Membership entitles you access to our advisors and designers at your member discounted rate.
How do I contact my business consultant?
After becoming a member, you will be contacted and a profile call will be performed. After that call you will be assigned an account manager. Your account manager will assign your project to a designer. You may contact your account manager at any time. The best perferred form of contact is via email, though they can be reached by phone and/or fax.
How long does a service/product request take to complete?
Most requests can be completed within 2-4 days from time of request; however, some requests involving intensive market research could take longer. Your account manager will keep you up-dated on your project.
What types of payment sources are available?
Flexxbiz.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards.
What types of companies join FlexxBiz, Inc.?
Most small businesses from 1 to 15 employees are eligible to join.
How long does it take to activate my membership and use the services?
Once your membership application has been approved and first payment received, you are immediately eligible to receive your services/products.
How long does my membership last?
Typical membership terms are for 12 months and are renewable on an annual basis.
